Adlai E. Stevenson High School (Lincolnshire, IL) is seeking a School Operations Specialist for the
Title:
School Operations Specialist - Full Time 12 Month
Start Date: ASAP
Time: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm 2024-2025 school year.
Description:
The School Operations Specialist will handle various administrative duties and support Manager’s projects.
Maintain QuickBooks records for Stevenson Parent Organizations
Count and deposit all money collected
Process checks for all expenses
Reconcile P-cards
Provide start up cash for all events
Provide monthly financial reports as needed
Maintain tracking of student fundraising funds and their use
Coordinate training for new users
Coordinate facility usage amongst departments and resolve any conflicts
Interface with custodial & maintenance to ensure proper set-up/tear down of events
Work with AV/Tech teams to ensure alignment and set up needs are met
Create/distribute daily and weekend facility report for security
Consult with internal staff on space available and problem solve as necessary
Create & Maintain the school Google calendar for Stevenson events
Supports Division/Manager projects as needed
Assist with Registration
Coordinate fine tracking and management
Assist with Patriot Dollars as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, some college preferred
Knowledge of bookkeeping/accounting practices
Familiarity with computer applications such as MS-Office and Google Suite
Strong communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to work effectively with all members of the Stevenson community
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional discretion
Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Ability to effectively utilize appropriate equipment (i.e. copy machine)
Knowledge of computer hardware & software (word processing, spreadsheets, electronic calendars, electronic mail, etc.)
Professional, customer-service oriented
