What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Technician II position at ADM Sabetha?

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the quality control process to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Conduct quality inspections and tests on products, materials, and processes.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality systems, procedures, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures.
- Train and mentor junior quality technicians on quality control techniques and procedures.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with FDA regulations.
- Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to measure and inspect parts for accuracy.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) plans.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Quality Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, practices, and tools.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
- Experience with quality systems such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations for manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for dimensional inspection.
- Familiarity with HACCP principles for food safety is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
