Internship Program Requirements:
As an ADM FLDP Summer Intern, you can accelerate your development and make meaningful contributions to our Finance organization. The ADM Finance team is crucial to the company's success, providing high-quality, accurate, and timely financial information and analysis for business support, development, and external reporting. We seek high-caliber team players who can develop various skills across different cultures in a progressive training program, preparing you to become a first-class Finance professional.
This internship offers a preview and stepping stone into our Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). The FLDP consists of five six-month rotational assignments, potentially including an international rotation, where participants gain exposure to various finance functions in a global company. These rotations involve challenging assignments, exposure to senior Finance leaders, networking, and structured learning programs.
As an FLDP Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to intern in one of the following areas:
After successfully completing the internship, high-performing interns may be considered for the Finance Leadership Development Program upon graduation.
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$21 -$24 hourly rate is dependent on graduation date

Intern Orientation Highlights
Internship Program Requirements:
- Educational Background: Pursuing a four-year degree with an expected graduation between December 2025 and Summer 2027. Must have overall 2.8GPA
- Transportation: Interns must have their own transportation to and from work.
- Geographical Flexibility: Willing to relocate to one of our ADM locations.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required.
- Availability: Must be available for a summer internship from mid-May to early August 2025.
