SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator - Decatur, IL

Department : Human Resources / Training and Development

Reports To : Director of Learning Operations

Job Summary : The SuccessFactors LMS Administrator is responsible for the management and administration of the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). This role involves maintaining system integrity, managing course content, and ensuring a seamless learning experience for all users. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of learning management systems, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to system improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

System Administration :

Administer and maintain the SuccessFactors LMS, ensuring it is up-to-date, secure, and accessible.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT and SuccessFactors support teams.

Content Management :

Upload, test, and manage learning content, courses, and other educational materials.

Work with content developers and trainers to design and improve course offerings.

Ensure content complies with organizational standards and legal requirements.

Reporting and Analytics :

Generate and distribute regular reports on course participation, completion rates, and other key metrics.

Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making for learning strategies.

User Support :

Provide technical support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the LMS.

Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to help users effectively navigate the system.

System Optimization :

Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.

Test new features and functionality as they are released, ensuring they meet organizational needs.

Compliance and Documentation :

Maintain thorough documentation of system processes and procedures.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.

5 years experience as an SuccessFactors LMS administrator.

Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with LMS platforms and technology.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between :

70,400.00 - $131,200.00

Salaried Incentive Plan :

The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus
