Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration:
- Administer and maintain the SuccessFactors LMS, ensuring it is up-to-date, secure, and accessible.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT and SuccessFactors support teams.
- Content Management:
- Upload, test, and manage learning content, courses, and other educational materials.
- Work with content developers and trainers to design and improve course offerings.
- Ensure content complies with organizational standards and legal requirements.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate and distribute regular reports on course participation, completion rates, and other key metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making for learning strategies.
- User Support:
- Provide technical support to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the LMS.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and materials to help users effectively navigate the system.
- System Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements.
- Test new features and functionality as they are released, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Maintain thorough documentation of system processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- 5 years experience as an SuccessFactors LMS administrator.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with LMS platforms and technology.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
