Position Summary: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain donors within the organization. This role involves identifying potential donor sources, building relationships with donors, and assisting to a in facilitating a positive donor experience. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with various departments to create and execute donor recruitment campaigns, manage donor databases, and analyze donor data to optimize recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the plasma collection process, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the organizations mission by ensuring a steady and growing donor base.

Essential Functions (E) and Responsibilities

  • Key Duties (E)
  • Deliver insights on customer segmentation, lifetime value, and behavior to shape effective marketing strategies.
  • Detect trends and opportunities within data to guide strategic decisions aimed at growth and retention.
  • Establish and implement the analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing strategies and business objectives.
  • Create predictive models to anticipate customer behavior, campaign results, and market trends.
  • Utilize AI and machine learning techniques to extract deeper insights and enhance predictive precision.
  • Apply analytics to recommend optimal budget distribution across channels and campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Employ advanced analytics to identify opportunities for boosting donor retention and optimizing plasma collection strategies across centers.
  • Develop donor-centric analytics frameworks to monitor and enhance the customer experience and donor satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
  • Perform scenario analyses to assess potential outcomes of various marketing strategies and recommend the best course of action.
  • Regularly evaluate perform competitive landscape analysis and market positioning to identify open space for differentiation and strategic advantage.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to design data-driven campaigns that improve donor outreach and engagement.
  • Produce customized reports and presentations for different stakeholder levels, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time insights into key performance metrics.
  • Ensure analytics processes comply with data privacy laws and industry regulations, building trust among donors and stakeholders
  • Conceptualize and design compelling marketing creative materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, and print collateral.
  • Collaborate with the creative team and digital consultants to ensure all marketing materials and messaging align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Implement A/B testing for creative materials to determine the most effective designs and messaging.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine and optimize creative content for better engagement and conversion rates.
  • Create and deploy marketing materials, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to produce and distribute marketing creative materials.

  • Must possess a blend of strategic, creative, and analytical competencies to excel in their role including strong leadership skills to guide and motivate teams towards achieving marketing goals. Strategic planning is crucial, as it involves developing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and market trends. Proficiency in digital marketing is essential, encompassing social media, SEO, PPC advertising, and content marketing. Additionally, effective communication skills are vital for conveying ideas and collaborating with various stakeholders. Must also have analytical abilities to interpret data and optimize marketing efforts based on insights.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Experience Requirements:
    • 2 years of experience in marketing or related field
