What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Maintenance Crew Member position at ADP Lawn Mowing & Property Maintenance, Inc.?
ADP Lawn Mowing & Property Maintenance, Inc. provides premier lawn and landscape services around the Rochester, NY area. We are currently in search of crew members for our Lawn Maintenance Crews. This position would be assistants to our lawn maintenance crew lead with potential room to move up to a crew lead if desired. We are looking for hard-working individuals that are reliable, timely, passionate about the industry, a team player and comes to work with a positive attitude.
- Jobs tasks mainly include but are not limited to, mowing commercial and residential properties, mulch installations, trimming bushes, weeding, spring & fall cleanups.
- The job requires working some 10-hour days. Work week will consist of around 35-50 hours a week.
- Experience on a zero-turn mower, using a string trimmer, and driving a truck and trailer is a plus, but will train the right person willing to learn.
Job start date: April 1st, 2024.
