Sr Sales Strategy & Ops Specialist – WWCO Center of Excellence
*This is a hybrid role based out of our Maitland, FL office.*
Position Overview:
ADP is looking to hire a Sr. Strategy & Ops Specialist (part of the Commercial Operations Center of Excellence function) to help us drive insights and support the sales organizations in improving reporting and analytics. As a key contributing member of the Commercial Operations team, you will utilize your analytical/technical skills and business acumen to proactively maintain and enhance our reporting metrics, analysis, and relationship with our partners. They will partner and consult with sales leaders, and operations partners to provide quick turnaround on day-to-day business critical responsibilities. Responsibility:
- Prepare standardized reporting, analysis, and communications to support sales leaders
- Analyzes business needs, sourcing of data and streamlining reporting processes for efficient production
- Utilize system & Business unit knowledge to help grow and improve team deliverables
- Perform adhoc analysis and manage quick turnarounds in a rapidly changing environment
- Manage effective communication of update, challenges and changes across sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure outstanding client support experience
- Align internally to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all assigned deliverables
- Bring an analytical and problem-solving mindset to standard challenges
- Leverage advanced analytical skills to identify correlations between diverse data streams that provide strategic direction to company initiatives
- Possess detailed understanding of key sales data sources and how they interact with one another to produce meaningful reporting and to identify workarounds to address gaps in data, sourcing or dependencies (i.e. SFDC, Oracle…)
- Leverage various data analysis techniques to identify meaningful relationships, patterns or trends from complex data sets and discover opportunities to support decision making
