Job Summary :
Weare seeking a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in Health and Safety todesign, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions tailored to workplacesafety, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have deepknowledge of ServiceNows Safe Workplace suite, ITSM, HRSD, GRC, or Custom AppDevelopment, ensuring the platform meets organizational health and safetyrequirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and Design Solutions : Develop scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow solutions to support health, safety, and compliance needs.
- Platform Customization : Configure and customize modules such as Safe Workplace, Incident Management, Risk Management, and Compliance tracking to align with business requirements.
- Integration & Automation : Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems (EHS, HR, ERP) to enhance safety workflows and automation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with Health & Safety teams, HR, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements and optimize ServiceNow capabilities.
- Governance & Compliance : Ensure the platform complies with OSHA, ISO 45001, and other safety regulations through proper workflows, reporting, and risk management.
- Performance Optimization : Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of ServiceNow applications.
- Documentation & Training : Provide technical documentation, best practices, and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
