Role : ServiceNow Consultant- Health and Safety Module(Only w2)
Location : Omaha, NE(Onsite)
Minimum 9 Years of Experience required.
JD:
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, components, and modules.
- Understanding of CMDB (configuration management database) and csdm (common service data model).
- Experience with integration tools like mid server and integration hub.
- Expertise in health and safety module in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (javascript, glidescript).
- Experience with ServiceNow development, including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and acls.
- Expert knowledge and expertise of integration techniques such as rest, soap, and jdbc.
- Ability to design and implement complex integrations with other systems.
- Experience with itom (it operations management) modules like discovery, event management, service mapping, and orchestration.
- Experience in building custom applications using ServiceNow’s application platform.
- Proficiency in html, CSS, and Angularjs for service portal and ui customization.
- Knowledge of performance tuning, optimization, and best practices for scalable solutions.
- Ability to align ServiceNow solutions with business goals and it strategy.
- Experience in creating roadmaps, governance frameworks, and best practices.
