Job Summary: Adrift Hospitality is seeking an experienced social marketer to execute our social media strategy for our portfolio of businesses across all social media platforms. The Social Media Coordinator must be inventive and possess the ability to curate and create compelling storytelling content that engages our loyal brand following. This role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual with great communication skills who thrives in a collaborative work environment (but still works well independently).
Job Type: This position is offered as a contracted 1099 role, with the contractor responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Uphold Adrift Hospitality’s Permission to Play Values (see below)
- Manage a total of 9 brands across 4 social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to effectively create and execute marketing campaigns on our Social Media platforms
- Expand our brand awareness and engagement across our social channels
- Respond to direct inquiries, comments, and tags on all social channels
- Plan, create and execute monthly social media calendar in Sprout
- Create, curate, and manage all published content following Adrift Hospitality's social media strategy across all social platforms
- Capture original photography and videography for content needs
- Attend weekly in-person meetings with Marketing stakeholders
- Provide monthly reports on social media performance and suggested improvements

Qualifications:
- Ability and willingness to learn the Sprout Social platform
- Proven working experience in social media marketing in a business/corporate environment with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- Excellent written communication and copy-editing skills
- Proven photography and videography experience across social platforms (work samples encouraged)
