Data & Outcomes Coordinator Job Description and Expectations
(Full Time)
Reporting Structure:
The Data & Outcomes Coordinator reports to the Director of the WTAE Program.
Performance Agreement:
The Data & Outcomes Coordinator will perform all aspects of the communicated job description. This employee will effectively meet the contractual and performance expectations of the MSD of Wayne Township. Formal performance evaluation will be conducted annually.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
DOMAIN I: REGISTRATION
- Prepare and monitor online appointments through Connectable website
- Ensure website is collecting DWD required student information
- Collaborate with the Life Coach team for new student orientation implementation
- Train staff to collect required paperwork such as photo identification, social security numbers, and teen documents
- Monitor weekly headcounts and maintain healthy class size
- Collaborate with Coordinator of Curriculum and Instruction to reach enrollment goals
DOMAIN II: TESTING, DATA ENTRY, & OUTCOMES
- Train registration staff of testing procedures following DRC and DWD requirements
- Oversight of Proctor team
- Complete monthly compliance checks for test entry and uploads
- Ensure quarterly post-testing and monitor student test results
- Troubleshoot testing issues in DRC, Connectable, and INTERS
- Monitor students' registration and testing attendance for accuracy
- Communicate with DWD INTERS staff on changes in programming and/or requirements
- Create and maintain program-wide data dashboard for internal usage
DOMAIN III: OFFSITE SUPPORT
- Conduct virtual, monthly meetings with all offsite leads
- Schedule quarterly in-person meetings with all offsite leads
- Lead team in offsite launches
- Provide off-campus leads with monitoring metrics to achieve program goals
DOMAIN VI- PROGRAM COMPLIANCE
- Provide leadership support with life coaching team
- Ensure completion of DWD requirements such as; Registration Form completion, Indiana Career Explorer, etc.
- Complete required DWD Professional Development reports
- Strive to achieve outcomes for DWD Program of Excellence Award
- Communicate and collaborate with Coordinator of Curriculum & Instruction to ensure goal completion
- Conduct end of the year compliance audit
DOMAIN V- SUPPORT STAFF
- Train, communicate, and collaborate with all staff under position in the organizational chart including, Registration Testers, Registration Paraprofessionals, Data Secretaries, Offsite Leads, and support leaders for Proctors, and Coaches
- Perform bi-annual evaluations of staff
- Conduct quarterly professional development training
