Techno Functional D365 CRM Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Techno-Functional Product Owner with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to lead client-facing projects from inception through delivery. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing strategic direction, managing product backlogs, and ensuring the solution aligns with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their business needs are fully understood and translated into technical requirements.
• Own and drive the product roadmap for D365 CRM implementations and enhancements.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements, manage backlogs, and define user stories for development teams.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
• Conduct regular client meetings, demos, and sprint reviews to provide visibility and gather feedback.
• Ensure alignment between the D365 CRM solution and the client’s business objectives.
• Perform functional configuration in Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules, etc.)
• Identify project risks and provide mitigation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including functional configuration and solution design.
• Strong understanding of D365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
• Proven experience in a techno-functional role with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation, user stories, and product specifications.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
