Position Summary
The Community Engagement Manager will lead efforts to engage with the community and build strong, authentic relationships that foster trust, awareness, and understanding of our healthcare services. This role will oversee all community outreach initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and address the health needs of our target populations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a community engagement strategy to promote healthcare services and build strong relationships with local organizations, patients, and community groups.
- Identify and establish partnerships with community leaders, healthcare organizations, schools, and other stakeholders to extend our outreach efforts.
- Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and other outreach initiatives to increase awareness of healthcare services.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications personnel to develop resources, such as flyers, newsletters, and online content, to share with the community.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement programs, adjusting strategies based on feedback and results.
- Track and report on key engagement metrics to measure impact and improve future strategies.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Health, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in community outreach or engagement, preferably in healthcare or non-profit sectors.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of local health issues and community needs.
- Excellent communication, event planning, and project management skills.
