We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues across various operating systems, including Windows, Mac OS. mainly Windows
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VPN connectivity, LAN configurations, and other network-related problems.
- Maintain and manage computer hardware, ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new devices and software applications.
- Monitor IT infrastructure performance and implement necessary upgrades or maintenance tasks.
- Document technical processes and support requests in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance system security and improve overall user experience.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on best practices for using office technology effectively.

Requirements
- Proven experience in providing technical support in an IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows and some Mac OS computers), and office applications.
- Familiarity with LAN management, need to know Windows Active directory
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Need to speak English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus but not required.
