**WANT TO WORK FROM HOME 9 OUT OF 10 DAYS** AND LIVE WITHIN 1 HOUR OF HERMITAGE TN

JOB DESCRIPTION:

AdvanceCare Health Services is seeking a Accounting Clerk position to assist with our growing team and organization. We are looking for an independent thinker, self-motivated self-starter who never gives up, finds a way, and is a resilient individual that possesses a high level of energy and great attention to detail. In addition to being a quick learner, this new hire should have basic finance or accounting skills, good written and verbal skills, and be very organized.

This will be a Hybrid work-from-home position, travel into our Hermitage, TN, office 2 days each month. So you should live within a 1 hour from of our Hermitage office. You must have high-speed internet

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Reliable, Punctual, and Dependable in both production and attendance - Clock in on time as agreed and work the total number of hours each week as agreed upon.

2. Organization - Strong organizational skills and self-discipline. Ability to establish priorities effectively.

3. Must have excellent writing skills.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite and able to learn new programs quickly.

5. Able to communicate efficiently and effectively with persons at all levels of business. Including good written and verbal communications skills with the ability to read, understand

instructions, and maintain written reports/records.

6. Able to analyze information, problem-solve, break a problem down into the elements necessary to solve it, and make decisions.

7. Sweat the details - don't let small stuff slide fix it right then.

10. Should be highly productive in an unstructured environment and must be able to complete day-to-day tasks as well as larger projects with minimal supervision.

11. Should have some Accounting experience (AR, AP, etc.).

12. Must be over the age of 18, have a Valid Driver's License, and be able to clear a Criminal Background Check (7-10 years) and Drug Screen.

13. Must be able to deal with confidential material/documents with discretion and confidentiality.

14. Willing to perform other tasks and jobs as assigned and needed.

You should be comfortable with software and technology and be an overall organized person.

Good communication skills are a must.
