As the Materials Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency of our operations, from managing inventory to shipping parts to our valued customers. This hands-on position is ideal for someone with warehouse or logistics experience who is looking to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic aerospace business.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Update inventory records in our ERP system (Odoo) and tag parts with appropriate traceability documentation.
- Perform regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and care.
- Ensure shipping documentation is complete, including FAA-required traceability paperwork.
- Process shipments using FedEx, UPS, and other freight carriers to meet delivery deadlines.
Warehouse Operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist with teardown and inspection workflows to support operational requirements.
- Prepare materials for upcoming orders or projects to ensure smooth operations.
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with shipping providers for both domestic and international shipments.
- Occasionally deliver parts locally to customers, as needed (valid driver’s license required).

Pay: $38,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
