This position is on-site in Boiling Springs, SC.

AAC is seeking a motivated and eager IT professional to join a client in the Spartanburg, SC area as a Technical Support Specialist . This individual would be working with internal users and customers on a daily basis to troubleshoot technical issues. This a fast-growing company with a strong culture looking to connect with people who genuinely love all aspects of Information Technology.

Responsibilities :

• Assist client and local users of the company’s technology solutions in solving technical issues
• Independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues received via phone, email, or walk-in’s
• Perform thorough follow up of help desk tickets
• Utilize internal ticketing system for help desk tickets involving operating systems, company software, and other software applications
