Description
The Resource Coordinator is responsible for effectively managing and optimizing company resources, installation and technicians scheduling as well as other resource management, to ensure efficient project execution. This role involves scheduling and allocating resources, planning capacity to meet project demands, and optimizing resource utilization to improve efficiency. Additionally, the Resource Coordinator facilitates customer communication for projects, ensuring smooth collaboration and updates. This role works closely with ACTs Engineers, Project Managers and leadership on customer projects, needs and service requests. This role will also handle the procurement of consumables and allocate associated costs to the appropriate projects. Through these responsibilities, the Resource Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting successful project outcomes.
What You Will Do:
- Resource Scheduling and Allocation

- Managing customer communication on projects
- Purchasing Consumables and allocating costs to projects
- Managing and monitoring shop stock levels
Requirements
- High School Degree or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in scheduling of large field teams
- Great communication and mathematical skills
- Organizational Skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Physical Expectations:
- Requires sitting for extended periods of time at a computer, keying and reading content.
- Will be required to stand, reach, bend, twist, squat, and move about freely.
