JOB SUMMARY
The incumbent in this position will focus all efforts on selling and marketing Advanced Dallas Hospital & Clinics services to local businesses, medical business, physicians, and consumers. The primary focus is to grow the patient counts per day, increase the number of local businesses using our services and brand Advanced Dallas Hospital & Clinics to the consumer through marketing and sales events.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strategies to increase market awareness of urgent care and occupational health services in the local area.
- Develop definitions of target markets, business opportunities and customers through data mining, research and experience.
- Represent the company through calling on local businesses, medical practices, presentations or industry events and assume full accountability for the ongoing management of these opportunities.
- Identify and connect with potential customers/medical offices through targeted outreach strategies, including but not limited to cold calls and emails.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with current and potential clients to understand their unique needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Conduct informative and persuasive presentations to showcase the benefits of our services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and exceptional customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Healthcare Field
- Three to five (3-5) years of direct sales, marketing, healthcare liaison, or healthcare admissions in a hospital environment.
- Marketing for Medical Services: 1 year (Preferred)
- Successful experience developing, implementing, and achieving results with sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong customer service and service recovery skills.
