Advanced Hearing & Balance Specialists (St. George) is seeking full-time Patient Service Representative.
Hours: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Hours Per Week: 40
We are seeking a person who is excited about assisting patients improve their lives through better hearing! The candidate will have the ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects at once, and be very enthusiastic and welcoming to all patients that come into the office. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Summary:
This position is a crucial part of the care team. This team member will be the first person to greet our patients in person and/or on the telephone. Excellent customer service is the foundation of this role. The following are some of the responsibilities for this position:
Check-in and check-out of patients, computer and excellent phone etiquette skills are a must for this role.
Schedule patients in person and over the telephone.
Answer questions, schedule appointments and convey information to clinical team.
Superior time management and problem solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Respond to patient issues and return calls and emails to patients in a prompt manner. All email and calls from patients should be returned by end of the business day.
Assist team members as needed with patient questions/issues and paperwork.
Responsible for opening and/or the closing office.
Assisting with credit applications and payments.
Managing incoming packages/mail.
Ordering/maintaining office and audiology lab supplies.
Assist with patient instruction for use of hearing devices, cleaning, etc.
Other duties as assigned.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
