As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated Plumbing Sales Supervisor to help lead and support our sales team in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and Motivate : Supervise, mentor, and motivate the plumbing sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Develop Sales Strategies : Create and implement effective sales strategies to grow our plumbing services and increase revenue.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring : Track and report on sales performance, set targets, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve results.
• Business Development : Identify new business opportunities and help expand our customer base in the local market.
• Sales Training : Provide ongoing product knowledge and sales training to the team, ensuring they are equipped to succeed.

Qualifications :

• Experience : 3 years of experience in plumbing sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Sales Expertise : Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
• Communication : Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored plumbing solutions.
• Team Leadership : Proven ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
• Industry Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of plumbing services, products, and industry trends.
