The Jr. IT Systems Analyst plays a vital role in enhancing and maintaining IT systems. This position involves analyzing current systems and processes to identify improvement areas, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, and supporting the design and development of new functionalities. Key responsibilities include system testing and validation, providing technical support to end-users, and preparing detailed documentation of system specifications and workflows. Additionally, the role includes generating performance reports, overseeing supplier relationships, and assisting in developing IT asset management policies and procedures. General Accountabilities
- Assist in the analysis of existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
