Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information in both English and Spanish
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support customer needs and drive sales initiatives.
- Manage cash handling processes accurately during transactions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using computerized systems.
- Assist in training new staff on best practices for customer support and service excellence.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency is essential; fluency in English and another language is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic financial transactions.
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
