We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our client's customers, providing exceptional service and support in both English and Spanish. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle customer inquiries will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Pay: $18-$18.50
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information in both English and Spanish
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support customer needs and drive sales initiatives.
- Manage cash handling processes accurately during transactions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using computerized systems.
- Assist in training new staff on best practices for customer support and service excellence.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency is essential; fluency in English and another language is required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic financial transactions.
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
