Operations Manager

Key Requirements:

• Lead a team of mail order pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient prescription fulfillment.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, implementing quality control measures and adhering to industry regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and operational staff to drive performance and achieve departmental goals.

Fundamental Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and train pharmacy technicians to enhance performance and productivity.
2. Manage workflow to optimize order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
3. Plan and track career development opportunities for filling staff.
4. Track and evaluate performance-based metrics for the filling team.

Important Note: This is an on-site role with hours from 10am to 7pm. The ideal candidate will be able to support these hours and contribute to achieving organizational goals as a member of the Filling Leadership team.
