Key Responsibilities
- Accurately document patients’ medical histories.
- Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Observe and follow up on patients’ conditions to track progress and identify any side effects from treatments.
- Monitor fluid intake and output and maintain detailed patient charts.
- Assist patients in essential daily activities, such as eating and bathing.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, and provide basic medical care.
- Offer emotional and psychological support to patients as needed.
- Strong ability to accurately record patient medical histories.
- Proficiency in taking vital signs and monitoring patients’ conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to provide emotional support.
