- Accurately document patients’ medical histories
- Measure and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
- Observe and assess patients to track progress and identify medication side effects
- Monitor patient conditions, including fluid balance, and maintain thorough patient charts
- Aid patients with daily living activities such as eating and bathing
- Administer prescribed medications and conduct basic medical care tasks
