Key Responsibilities
- Accurately document patients’ medical histories
- Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
- Monitor and observe patients’ conditions to assess progress and potential side effects from medications
- Maintain patient charts and monitor fluid intake and output
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as eating and bathing
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, and provide basic medical care
- Offer emotional and psychological support as needed
- Strong attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
- Proficiency in measuring and interpreting vital signs
