- Accurately document patients’ medical histories.
- Measure and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Monitor patients’ progress and observe for any side effects from treatments or medications.
- Maintain detailed patient charts, including fluid intake and output documentation.
- Assist patients with essential daily activities such as eating and bathing.
- Administer prescribed medications, injections, and perform basic wound care.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in time management and independent work.
- Clinical skills in administering medications and performing wound care.

- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
