Key Responsibilities
- Accurately document patients’ medical histories
- Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure and heart rate
- Observe and report on patients’ progress and medication side effects
- Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate charts
- Assist patients with daily life activities such as eating and bathing
- Administer prescribed medications and injections
- Provide emotional and psychological support when necessary
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Proficient in monitoring and documenting health status
- Knowledgeable in basic medical procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
