Key Responsibilities

• Document patients’ medical histories with accuracy
• Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure and heart rate
• Monitor patient progress and report any side effects of medications
• Maintain patient charts and track conditions, including fluid intake and output
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as eating and bathing
• Administer prescribed medications and injections, and perform wound care
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients as needed

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
