- Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure and heart rate
- Monitor patient progress and report any side effects of medications
- Maintain patient charts and track conditions, including fluid intake and output
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as eating and bathing
- Administer prescribed medications and injections, and perform wound care
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients as needed
- Strong attention to detail with excellent observational skills
- Effective communication abilities for patient interaction

- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- No prior experience in pediatrics or private duty nursing required
