Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record patient medical histories and take vital measurements, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Observe and monitor patients to assess progress and medication side effects.
- Support patients in daily activities such as eating and bathing.
- Administer prescribed medications and perform basic medical care tasks, including injections and wound care.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients as needed.
- Strong ability to document patient medical histories and vital signs accurately.
- Excellent observational skills for monitoring patient conditions.
- Proficiency in assisting patients with daily living activities.
- Capacity to administer injections and medications effectively.

- Must possess a valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
