You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, families, and community partners. You will also guide potential residents and families through the sales process, including tours, follow-ups, and contract completion.

Requirements

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
