Advantage Resourcing has partnered with a leading law firm based in Monroe, LA, and we are seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team. Pay rate : $15 - $20 / hr. (Depending on experience)
Schedule : 8am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm, must be flexible on the hours needed to work.
Requirements : Must have at least one year of experience with creating web ads, must have portfolio. Strong computer skills including creative suite or similar.
Key Responsibilities :
Ad Creation : Design, develop, and implement digital ads tailored for various social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.Content Strategy : Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute ad campaigns aligned with brand goals and target audience preferences.Video Production : Oversee the development of short-form video content, from scripting and storyboarding to editing and final output.Performance Analysis : Track, analyze, and report on ad performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions) to optimize campaigns for better results.Platform Expertise : Stay updated on best practices, ad formats, and algorithm changes across all relevant platforms.Audience Targeting : Leverage advanced targeting tools to ensure ads reach the right audience segments.A / B Testing : Conduct split tests on ad creatives and strategies to identify what drives the best ROI.
