Family Solutions – Practice Management Solutions (FS-PMS) is looking for a high-caliber Marketing Specialist to join our administrative team.
FS-PMS is one of the largest behavioral health entities in North Louisiana. Our multidisciplinary team of treatment professionals provides a comprehensive array of behavioral health services across our four service divisions – Outpatient Behavioral Health, Autism Treatment, Pediatric Therapy, and Correctional Care. We currently staff over 85 treatment professionals at 21 treatment sites in Louisiana, Texas, Georgia, and Arizona.
We are searching for a self-motivated, highly-skilled Marketing Specialist with experience working in the healthcare field and, even more importantly, a passion for helping those in need of care to get connected to the help they require to live their best lives!
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field is a requirement for this position. A minimum of two years of experience working as a Marketing Specialist or related role in the healthcare field is preferred. Full time and part time/contract applicants to this position will be considered.

Job Description: Marketing Specialist
Position: Marketing Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time/Contract
Reports To: Director of Business Operations
Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, community engagement, and service utilization for a multidisciplinary behavioral health entity. This organization provides services across four divisions: outpatient mental health clinics, autism treatment clinics, pediatric therapy clinics, and behavioral health services in correctional facilities. The ideal candidate will create and implement targeted marketing initiatives, foster relationships with key stakeholders and referral sources, and promote the organization’s mission of improving behavioral health access and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing & Campaign Execution:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to each service division.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to highlight service offerings.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Community & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, referral sources, government agencies, correctional institutions, schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
- Represent the organization at networking events, professional conferences, and community meetings.
- Collaborate with business development teams to enhance partnerships and referral opportunities.
- Digital Marketing & Outreach:
- Manage and optimize the organization’s website, SEO, and social media presence to increase visibility.
- Oversee targeted email marketing campaigns to engage providers, clients, and partners.
- Develop digital content such as blogs, newsletters, and patient education materials.
- Brand Management & Content Creation:
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
- Create educational and promotional content tailored to each service division’s audience.
- Work with designers to develop visually engaging materials.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand behavioral health industry trends, community needs, and competitor positioning.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing efforts and service accessibility.
- Event Planning & Public Relations:
- Assist in planning, promoting, and executing outreach events, open houses, and professional training workshops.
- Engage media contacts and draft press releases to highlight the organization’s impact and initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with behavioral health providers, correctional systems, or pediatric therapy services is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices.
- Experience with community-based outreach and provider referral networks.
