Murphy Pitard Jewelers, along with its sister stores Lauray’s The Diamond Center and Goldstein’s Jewelers, is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist. This position will support all three locations while working from a single primary location.

About the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead our online presence, creating and executing strategies to build our brand, engage our audience, and drive sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can combine creativity with data-driven insights to produce high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and online engagement.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
- Create and oversee engaging email marketing campaigns to drive customer retention and acquisition.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader business goals.
- Monitor website performance, conduct SEO analysis, and implement improvements to increase organic traffic.
- Analyze performance metrics and create detailed reports to track the success of campaigns.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our stores ahead in the digital marketing space.
- Work with content creators to develop high-quality visuals and copy for digital campaigns.
Required Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail or luxury goods.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and best practices, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Proven track record of creating successful online campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
