Responsibilities
- Oversee Engineering, Maintenance, and I&E teams.
- Lead site improvement and preventive maintenance projects.
- Manage CAPEX initiatives, budgeting, project execution, process design, equipment specification, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee maintenance budget, including inventory, tools, and vendor services.
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
- Coordinate with Production and EHS to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
- Track expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise for equipment failures.
- Develop maintenance strategies and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance and engineering records.
- Collaborate with global teams on CAPEX and plant troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 10 years in mechanical, instrument, electrical, or project engineering (chemical manufacturing; polymers preferred).
- 5 years of supervisory/management experience in a plant environment.
- Experience managing a multimillion-dollar budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or MBA.
- Professional certification preferred.
- Ability to travel locally and internationally.
