About the Role:
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to support our client’s HR team in Bartlesville, OK. This role involves handling HR inquiries, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Experience with HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to HR inquiries via phone, web, and chat.
- Use HRIS systems and resources to resolve employee requests.
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Review, resolve, and escalate inquiries as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support HR processes and HRIS system updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security.
- Assist with HR programs and knowledge management.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- 3 years of customer service or HR experience in a structured environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
