The Technical Manager will oversee the engineering, maintenance, and I&E teams, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading site improvement and preventive maintenance projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Managing CAPEX initiatives, budgeting, project execution, process design, equipment specification, and troubleshooting.
- Overseeing maintenance operations, including inventory management, tools, and vendor services.
- Conducting Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to identify and rectify equipment issues.
- Collaborating with Production and EHS teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption.
- Tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Providing technical expertise for equipment failures.
