Job Description : The ASV Strategic Account Manager will be working with the forefront of Advantest Technology in the Silicon Validation Business team. As part of this Eco Strategic business team, you will play a vital role to define the sales strategy, value proposition and product positioning of our cutting-edge solutions. Your leadership and strategic guidance will be instrumental in driving the growth of new solutions in adjacent markets beyond the current Advantest ATE business.
Job Description :
1. Ecosystem Strategy and Customer Engagement
a. Identify technology trends and customers’ opportunities for growth.
b. Establish EDA partnerships and lead customer relationships.
c. Drive strategic alignment with lead customers and cross-functional leadership in Advantest.
d. Establish and maintain a broad “executive network” to the EDA community and leading customers.
2. Solution Selling and Product Positioning
a. Articulate Advantest solution value proposition to create market mindshare and product positioning.
b. Discover customers pain points and initiate conversations to generate customers interest and engagements.
c. Leverage and extend Advantest ATE position and relationships to sell into the EDA segment.
d. Assure conclusive validation of solutions with lead customer and ensure roadmap alignment to meet customer evolving needs.
3. Strategic Business Development
a. Participate in the creation and communication of compelling product positioning and messaging to differentiate Advantest offerings in the EDA market.
b. Support business creation by identifying and constantly engage with key stakeholders at target customers.
Requirements
Requirements :
- Master degree or University degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience (10 years) in sales and / or R D engagement in semiconductor industry, particularly in EDA, DV or DFT area.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with track record of selling software.
- Good understanding of early semiconductor value chain (design, verification and test), including trends, technologies and key players.
- Able to facilitate and understand highly technical discussions with customers and developers and drive cross functional team engagements.
- Strategic thinking and critical business thinking skills to solve complex business problems and drive business to closure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work and thrive in a fast paced and multi-cultural environment.
- Self-motivated individual with desire to learn, can-do attitude, aspiring to drive vision into reality.
- Able to travel as needed.
