What are the responsibilities and job description for the AP Coordinator position at Advantex Professional Services?
We are currently seeking an AP Specialist for a long term temporary need. This will be a hybrid position, 2 days in the office. Our client is located near the Irvine Spectrum.
Pay is $27 per hour.
AP Specialist Responsibilities :
- Will be responsible for processing the full cycle AP
- Match, batch and process invoices
- Audit the expense reports for compliance
- Handle the vendor reconciliations
- Handle the research and discrepancies
- Collection information for the W9, ACH, etc.
- Assist with the monthly close process
