Temp-to-Hire Accounting Support Clerk - Lynwood

  • Pay Rate : up to  $26 / hour
  • Schedule :

Monday to Friday, 7 : 15 AM - 4 : 00 PM

  • 45-minute lunch break (11 : 00 AM - 11 : 45 AM)
  • Overtime : 3 hours / week (1st quarter only)
  • Reporting To : Accounting Manager
  • Team Size : 4
  • Reason for Opening : Company growth
  • Start Date : ASAP

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) support
  • Data entry, filing, and organizing
  • Assist with system implementation : transferring data from Genesis (DOS) to Epicor
  • Support day-to-day accounting tasks

    • Top Requirements :

  • 10 years of accounting support experience (AP & AR)
  • Must be detail-oriented, dependable, resourceful, and a strong problem-solver
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Proficiency in Epicor and Excel (data entry, formulas)
