Job Description

Temp-to-Hire Accounting Support Clerk - Lynwood

Monday to Friday, 7 : 15 AM - 4 : 00 PM

45-minute lunch break (11 : 00 AM - 11 : 45 AM)

Overtime : 3 hours / week (1st quarter only)

Reporting To : Accounting Manager

Team Size : 4

Reason for Opening : Company growth

Start Date : ASAP

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) support

Data entry, filing, and organizing

Assist with system implementation : transferring data from Genesis (DOS) to Epicor

Support day-to-day accounting tasks

Top Requirements :

10 years of accounting support experience (AP & AR)

Must be detail-oriented, dependable, resourceful, and a strong problem-solver

Ability to multi-task and take initiative

Proficiency in Epicor and Excel (data entry, formulas)

Salary : $26
