What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a maintenance team to ensure exceptional resident satisfaction.
- Oversee property maintenance, renovations, and preventative tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Keep the grounds immaculate and work closely with the Community Manager to meet financial goals.
About the Property
Manage a 230-unit BTR craftsman-style community featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom cottages with top-notch amenities like a clubhouse, fitness center, saltwater pool, and more.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of property management experience (Assistant or Service Manager preferred).
- EPA Universal Certification and strong technical skills.
- Professionalism, organization, and a willingness to be on-call as needed.
