Advent Talent Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as a Quality Assurance Specialist in Eden Prairie, MN. This unique role combines quality assurance tasks with some prospecting responsibilities to help grow their clients client base!
Overview:
- $50,000 - $55,000
- Contract to hire
- On-site in Eden Prairie, MN
- Full-time
Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance:
- Review and quality-check scanning projects before delivery to clients.
- Ensure all scanned materials meet the company’s standards for accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with production floor staff to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients and assist in generating leads to grow the business.
- Build relationships with prospective customers and promote Sidekick’s services.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client specifications.
- Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a community or technical college setting, or relevant industry/scanning experience.
- Previous exposure to quality assurance processes or willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Comfortable with prospecting or engaging in customer development activities.
- Basic knowledge of scanning technologies or willingness to learn.
