Customer Support Call Center Representative

Hours of Operation – Monday through Saturday, 8am – 8pm EST
Job Description
AdventFS is seeking an experienced customer service representative to assist government customers and their consumer customers by phone, email and chat at our Elizabethtown, KY location.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Manages customer case data on behalf of Advent government clients.
- Participates in the call center queue to answer calls from both Advent government clients and end user consumers.
- Participates in the Live Chat queue and ticket system to resolve questions and provide technical assistance from both Advent government clients and end user consumers.
- Accepts consumer telephone payments for incurred government debt.
Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Proficiency and experience in telephone and chat support is a must.
- Data entry proficiency and experience, including proficient typing speed and close attention to detail.
- Must be able to multi task.
- Written and verbal fluency in both English and Spanish preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow procedures and take direction in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office desktop products.
