Key Responsibilities
- Manage leasing and occupancy for all rentable properties.
- Oversee property maintenance (both interior and exterior) to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure accommodations for individuals with I/DD in rental properties.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and the public to address property needs.
- Perform various tasks, including inspections, repairs, and tenant communications.
Education: High School Diploma required; higher education preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in short-term rental management.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
- Previous experience working with individuals with I/DD is preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Valid New York State Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
