Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across search (SEM), social media, and programmatic advertising to drive growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
· Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they meet key business objectives and deliver measurable results.
· Oversee and manage cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with creative, analytics, and content teams to align on campaign goals and strategies.
· Manage relationships with external vendors, platforms, and media partners to ensure effective execution and performance of campaigns.
· Leverage data analytics to continuously refine strategies, monitor campaign performance, and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital media, ensuring that campaigns are forward-thinking and cutting-edge.
· Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members, helping to develop their skills and foster a high-performance team environment.
· Collaborate with senior leadership to align digital media strategies with broader marketing goals and business objectives.
· Monitor and manage budgets for digital media campaigns, ensuring cost-efficiency and optimization of ad spend.
Qualifications:
· 5 years of experience in digital media strategy, with a strong background in search, social, and programmatic advertising.
· Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns in agency or startup environments.
· Strong knowledge of digital media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic buying platforms, and DSPs.
· Experience with campaign analytics, optimization, and A/B testing to drive data-backed decision-making.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
· Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
· BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
