Remote Licensed Medicare Sales Agent - YEAR ROUND POSITION

Assist individuals with identifying the best health insurance product to meet their individual needs. You will provide a consultative sales experience, create solutions, ensure a smooth sales process while achieving sales and marketing goals.
Requirements
- Have an active resident health insurance license in your state of residence.
- Successfully complete assigned product training and certification with multiple insurance carriers.
- Present and explain recommended product solutions, including benefits, features, company services, present alternatives as appropriate.
- Generate customer sales via referrals, community events and lead resources.
- Identify and cross-sell prospects on various product offerings.
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through a knowledgeable, positive, professional interaction.
- Help customer select appropriate health solutions by identifying and overcoming buying obstacles.
- Drive growth by exceeding sales goals and objectives.
- Self-directed and goal oriented with a focus on achieving sales success.
- Strive to resolve customer issues on first contact.
- Follows compliant sales scripts, and compliance procedures.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Medicare Industry Experience.
