Job Summary:
AEG Internship Program offers a real-world experience that allows college students to learn the business of sports and live entertainment. In the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Department, interns have a unique opportunity to work alongside a team that creates a safe and inclusive workplace where everyone feels welcome, can express their authentic selves, and shares a strong sense of belonging regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or ability.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the execution of the DEI ENG Annual Planning Session
- Assist with DEI projects that support internal communications
- Complete administrative tasks
- Collect data from the Employee Network Group events
- Attend ENG planning meetings to assist with coordinating programming
- Assist with sourcing, vetting, and curating specific content for diverse subjects requested by various AEG Departments
- The AEG Internship Program requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week during the summer.
Qualifications:
- Passion for sports and live entertainment
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Microsoft Office – EXCEL, WORD, and PowerPoint specifically
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

Pay rate: $19.00-$21.00
Location: Los Angeles (On-site)
