What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Aegis Worldwide?
Aegis is seeking a customer service representative to join our client in Carol Steam, IL. This position is a 6 month contract to hire role. This position is ONSITE daily! The ideal candidate has the below experience :
- 2 years of experience working in a customer service position
- Industry- anything!
- Experience with email & phone communications. Providing support either way- make sure that someone is not afraid to jump on the phones!
- EDI Experience- (electronic data interchange)- home grown system but, similar things might include Cisco, SAP, ERP systems
- Microsoft experience- outlook, teams, pp, excel.
- Variety of experience within customer service
- Outgoing personality
- Team player- willing to jump in where is needed and help out team members with work overload.
- Able to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Patience
